SECURED PROJECT: Central have been awarded the full M&E package at Warwick House, which is a 90-bedroom student accommodation, with the project set to begin on site in the coming months. The scope of these works includes the following: Electrical • Distribution • Lighting and Emergency Lighting • Security • Fire Alarm • Generator Mechanical • AOV • Vent • Automatic Controls • Under Floor Heating.
