About The Project

Our M&E team worked for the Kitchen and Tap company at The Buck House Hotel where we delivered the electrical and mechanical services installation for the refurbishment of a hospitality venue, providing upgraded power, lighting, heating and life safety systems throughout customer and back-of-house areas.

Mechanical Services

• Gas services modifications and connections for catering equipment
• Hot water cylinder pipework and associated services
• Heating system alterations including new radiators and pipework
• Cleaning, flushing and commissioning of mechanical pipework systems

Electrical Services

• New power distribution and small power installations serving the bar, kitchen, function room, and customer areas
• Internal, external, emergency, and feature lighting installations
• Fire alarm, CCTV, disabled alarm, and data infrastructure installations
• Dedicated supplies for kitchen equipment, refrigeration, audio-visual equipment and specialist systems
• Electrical containment, alterations and modifications to existing services

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Testing and commissioning of all electrical and mechanical installations
• Inspection, certification and system verification
• Client handover documentation and operational demonstrations
