About The Project

Delivered the electrical installation package as part of a critical infrastructure development, providing resilient electrical systems to support building services and specialist operational equipment. The works included the installation of new electrical infrastructure alongside modifications to existing systems, supporting the delivery of a fully coordinated and operational facility.

Electrical Works

• Installation of LV-A and LV-B power distribution systems in accordance with project requirements and cable schedules.
• Electrical supplies installed to critical mechanical and cooling systems including chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, DX equipment and AHUs.
• Installation of A and B rack power supplies to support resilient infrastructure operation.
• Installation of general and emergency lighting systems throughout the facility.
• Installation of small power circuits including socket outlets and fused spur connections serving building and specialist equipment.
• Installation of temporary power supplies to support air conditioning systems during the works.
• Earthing and bonding installations to ensure compliance with safety standards and system integrity.

Mechanical Services Support

• Electrical support and power provision to mechanical plant and building services systems.
• Temporary and permanent power supplies to air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Coordination with mechanical installations to ensure safe integration of services.
• Support for HVAC system commissioning through provision of electrical supplies and interfaces.

Refurbishment & Building Integration

• Coordination of electrical services within an active construction and refurbishment environment.
• Removal and stripping out of redundant electrical cabling to facilitate new installations.
• Installation works integrated with ongoing building services modifications and upgrades.
• Close coordination with other trades to ensure efficient installation sequencing and minimal disruption to site operations.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Full inspection, testing, verification and certification of all electrical installations.
• Attendance and support during Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Commissioning of electrical power, lighting and associated systems.
• Production and submission of a complete O&M manual and handover documentation package.
• Final validation of installed systems to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
