Central Electrical were appointed the Main Electrical Contractor, installing the power supplies to the new motors, drives and also the turbines for the pump station reservoir to generate electricity to feed back into the national grid.

The works included the installation of all the control cables as well as the 2401 volt, 415 volt and high voltage cables and all was contained within the pump house.
