World class headquarters for leading Manchester lettings business
Manchester Apartments is the brainchild of award winning student landlord and energy efficient property developer Stephen Beech. Beech Construction was commissioned to create the flagship headquarters for its property business located in the heart of Manchester city center.
Previously a restaurant, Beech Construction gutted and fully refurbished the premises which will launch in autumn 2015. The 400 sq meter canal side offices incorporate open-plan work space, a mezzanine management floor and a high-spec boardroom. Clients and tenants will be able to meet with Beech staff in bespoke reception and meeting areas which have been created to the highest of standards of design and functionality.
All design work was undertaken by the in-house architectural technicians enabling management to be very ‘hands on’ when finalising the various stages of the project. A state of the art communications system has been incorporated into the design giving the final product market leading technology from which to operate with.
